On Friday, January 14, 2022, House Bill 1732 delays the implementation of the long-term services and supports the trust program by 18 months.
Gov. Jay Inslee sent a letter on December 22, 2021, to the state Employment Security Department, directing them to not accept long-term services and support premiums from employers in advance of quarterly taxes due in April 2022.
